What does an engagement cost?
Core engagements are scoped around defined monthly ownership and quoted based on the company’s operating needs. For narrower issues that do not require an ongoing finance function, hourly consultation is also available and scoped in advance.
Do you replace a full-time hire?
Often yes, for the finance leadership layer. We can also work alongside an internal team when a company already has one.

How do contracts work?
Ongoing work is contracted through a master services agreement with Larson Consulting Group LLC and billed on a recurring basis according to the agreed scope. Shorter consultations are scoped separately for the specific work requested.
